Ska, Rocksteady, Jamaican R’n’B- There was a huge amount of top quality music coming out of Jamaica through the 60’s, an early 70’s- This week we’re gonna focus on how the sounds from the U.S- R’n’B, an especially the Doowop/Vocal Harmony groups of the 50’s (like the Moonglows/ the Orielles etc…) an later through the 60’s (the Impressions/ the Temptations etc…) influenced the music scene in Jamaica-
